Introduction
Bonitas Engineering and Equipment Company (BEEC) is part of the Bonitas Group of Companies with a focus on engineering and equipment management. Currently, its operating assets are in the upstream oil and gas sector with its specialization being in the well intervention services domain of the sector. BEEC is an ISO 9001: 2015; ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 certified company.

Our Business Structure
Our company’s operation is organized in the following domains:
Asset Management: This domain is responsible for the management of the life of our assets from acquisition to decommissioning.
Field Service: This domain is responsible for the design, execution and evaluation of our field services.
Business Development: This domain is responsible for our client relationships and product sales.
Business Support: This domain is responsible for providing support (human resources, facility, IT, procurement) to the domains.
Finance: This domain is responsible for the management of the company’s finances as well as statutory regulatory compliance.
Board of Directors: This domain is responsible for setting and maintaining the strategic direction of the business.
BEEC has about 70 policies as each domain operation is based on processes supported by policies. Key company-wide policies that exist include the following – Quality Policy, Health and Safety Policy, Environmental Policy, Service Delivery, Client Engagement Policy and Personnel Competency Development Policy
